Steady Pour is hiring a bartender for our brick & mortar location in Northeast Minneapolis. This is not a bar catering or banquet position.

This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week, 2–3 shifts/week, $16.37/hour) suited for someone who is experienced, self-directed, and fully capable of handling volume without losing composure. 

You should be comfortable in the weeds, decisive behind the bar, and confident in your ability to run a shift cleanly and efficiently. Cocktail knowledge is a plus, but practical experience, awareness, and strong fundamentals matter as much and more.

We’re looking for someone who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for the entire room—not just their station. Reliability and consistency matter to us, as does the ability to stay positive, support your team without being asked, and deliver hospitality that is genuine, attentive, and felt by every guest.
