All-Inclusive Bar Service
Steady Pour holds an Alcohol Caterer’s Permit, which allows us to provide the alcohol for your event. A huge benefit of all-inclusive service is that you may host the entire event, partially-host the event, or have your guests purchase their own beverages.
Hosted, Semi-Hosted Events
Clients may host, or partially-host bar service at your event. Partially hosting your bar is a great way to get the party started, without breaking the bank. Specify a dollar amount that fits within your budget, and when that limit is reached, it becomes a cash bar and everyone begins paying for their own drinks.
Cash Bar - Guest Purchased
If you’d like your guests to purchase their own beverages for the entire event, we’ve got you covered! We bring a secure, self-managed point-of-sale system and accept cash or credit at purchase. This is a great option for events of all sizes, and is common for very large events or public community events.
Client-Provided Alcohol
For certain events, we allow client-provided alcohol, meaning you’ll purchase alcohol directly from a retailer. With this style of service, you must host the bar for the entire event and guests may not purchase beverages of any kind.
Signature Cocktails
Add unique and memorable cocktails! We love to add custom-touches to your event and have a robust menu with something for everyone. Looking for non-alcoholic specialty cocktails? We can do it all!
Fancy Finishings
Smoked Old Fashioned? Foam garnish? Monogrammed ice? We have a full menu of options! Elevated cocktails are what we do best. We love to create that wow-moment at the bar, without blowing the budget.

Yes, we hold Liquor Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and general liability insurance. We hold an Alcohol Caterer’s Permit with the state of Minnesota which allows us to offer alcoholic beverages for purchase anywhere in Minnesota.

For some private events, we allow clients to provide their own alcohol. If the client provides the alcohol, bar service must be free for your guests.

Signature cocktails are a fun way to elevate and customize your event. Whether it’s a specific color to match your logo, a cocktail for “His and Hers,” “Hers and Hers,” etc, or a family-favorite specialty - we have a menu of options that can be prepared with or without alcohol at service.

Yes! For most events serving alcohol, we require a certificate of insurance (COI) for your event. We’re happy to share steps on how to obtain this.
